“Still Light – Still Life (II)” is my short-term photo diary. It was developed from the first project “Still Light – Still Life (I)”. In this second project, I was created to express feelings I have at that moment and to expand the scope of the sunlight’s understanding which at first, I believe that the existence of the Sun means there is still hope. In the photo series, I intended to arrange all the feelings that appear in photos in a way of no end.
STILL LIGHT - STILL LIFE (I)
If sunlight is hope, to get rid of the clouded mind and difficult situations to make decisions in everyday life, I start walking on the city street with no plans and looking for that illumination. Besides, the being of sun(light) helps the growth of living things, meanwhile, the incidence of light on still life objects has caught my interest. It is the beauty of ordinary things in my visual observations. Therefore, if the sun still shines then I am still living in this ordinary world. Looking for hope.
